Our white chocolates are made with real cacao butter! We use less sugar than typical commercial white chocolates (which average 50% sugar!). Usually cacao butter is made from the low grade cacao beans, but the farms we work with use premium beans, giving this cacao butter the most delicious and fragrant aroma possible.
