White Chocolate Collection
Our white chocolates are made with organic world-class cacao butter from Camino Verde fermentary in Ecuador. We typically use less sugar than typical commercial white chocolates (which average 50% sugar!). Usually cacao butter is made from the low grade cacao beans, but Camino Verde uses premium beans, giving this cacao butter the most delicious and fragrant aroma possible.
